The XTRAICE® product is a novelty in the field of ice rinks , manufactured to strict technological standards. Its correct assembly and maintenance will keep the rink in perfect condition, thus allowing for its lifetime extension.

The material comes in panels of 2000x1000x20mm (38 kg), the four edges of which present grooves in which the fastening elements are introduced, forming a tongued and grooved joint between the panels, which gives the installation the necessary rigidity and guarantees a properly levelled surface.

The XTRAICE® panels guarantee an optimal gliding with only a minimal need for maintenance; and both sides of the panels can be used.

In case of outdoor installation, we recommend to protect the rink with an adequate cover to avoid extreme direct sunlight in summer. This cover may be a simple canvas, or any equivalent material, spread out over the surface and which can be easily removed just before the rink is to be used.

When exposed to a wide range of temperatures, the XTRAICE® panel undergoes a series of longitudinal expansions and contractions that should be taken into account during the installation of the panels.
